Returns and Refunds

Treatments and Services

Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments and medical procedures, Nano Aesthetics maintains a strict no-refund policy for all treatments, procedures, consultation fees, and injectable services.

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for alternative services. All prepaid packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Retail Products

Unused, unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original packaging and condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
