Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in clinic.

All new clients may be required to provide valid credit card details to secure their booking.

Deposits

Certain appointments, treatments, and consultations may require a booking deposit.

Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

No Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur a $100 no-show fee.

Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring full prepayment.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of Nano Aesthetics.

Late arrival fees may apply where appropriate.

Treatment Suitability

Nano Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interests.

Results and Expectations

Individual results vary. While we strive for exceptional outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed.

Photography Consent

Clinical photography may be taken for medical records and treatment assessment.

Separate written consent will always be obtained before any images are used for marketing, education, or promotional purposes.

Refund Policy for Services

All treatment fees, consultation fees, and deposits are non-refundable.

Unused prepaid treatment packages may, at management’s sole discretion, be converted to clinic credit.

All prepaid packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Retail Product Returns

Unused and unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
